5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the red casino platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

- Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We make no representations or warranties as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Service disruptions will be communicated where practicable through available channels.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Red casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated period.
- Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under responsible gaming provisions.
Upon account closure, any verified and eligible balance remaining after deduction of applicable adjustments will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method used, subject to completed verification.
